Thank you for your interest in trialling the Agri-EcoHealth DOFF Cleaning System.
We require details of your insurance as the machine will be on your premises and you will be responsible for its safe keeping whilst in your possession. If you have to inform your insurance company of the machine details we can supply you with the serial number before delivery.
We require a signature after training/demonstration for the hand over of the machine and we will supply you with equipment (e.g. hoses) as listed; this will be checked in on its return/collection.
Agri-EcoHealth Ltd will be responsible for training one user and it is the responsibility of the said trained user to further train any other users. There is a training manual available in a booklet provided, or by using the QR Code on the machine for further reference if required.
You agree to use the recommended PPE while using the system as Agri-EcoHealth Ltd will not accept liability for any injury to personnel or damage to property while you use the machine on your premises.
Any damage to the system or loss of any set up equipment listed will result in a charge to you for the replacement or repair of the machine. You are advised to take photos of the system prior to its use to avoid any discrepancies on collection.
The system remains the property of Agri-EcoHealth Ltd at all times.
We ask that you complete the feedback form online (or manually if preferred) and return it to us as part of our agreement at the end of the trial period.
